A REALTOR® is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.

Geneva Shouldis received her license in real estate in 2000 and has become one of the area’s top real estate agents. She currently serves on the Baldwin County MLS Board of Directors, as Secretary/Treasurer. In 2014, she was recognized as one of RE/MAX By The Bay AllStars. Her clients also rave about her exceptional customer service. She received the Cooperative Spirit Award when her colleagues at RE/MAX By The Bay voted her as the one who best represents “team spirit.” She has also been honored by RE/MAX with the Executive Club Award and the 100% Award which honor total annual sales by commission received.
Before becoming a Realtor, Geneva worked in the custom cabinetry industry in the Mobile-based division of Birmingham Saw Works and at Mobile Millworks. Geneva learned custom cabinetry and millwork and the finer details involved in residential construction. Working hand-in-hand with architects, cabinetry makers and suppliers, she gained the experience that serves her well today as a Realtor. As a Certified Buyers Representative, Geneva brings a lot of wisdom of and insight to prospective home buyers when looking and evaluating properties for sale. Her trained eye can recognize a home’s quality of construction and she has become an expert at evaluating and estimating home values.
