I couldn't wait to share the local market report from the Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE) showing that current supply and demand is "indicating a continued transition where sellers typically have elevated bargaining power."

Demand is up by 2% and the average sales price of residential properties in Baldwin County is up 4.2 % from April 2018. In April 2018, the average sales price was $281,369, and in 2019, it was $293,186. Take a look at North Baldwin, sales prices rose by 21% over last year.
